Unravels the Mysteries Surrounding Death Los Angeles, CA — During his recent Los Angeles visit (June 16–18), globally renowned yogi and visionary Sadhguru shared a powerful and timely message on life, death, and the science of inner wellbeing. The stop was part of his Death and Beyond U.S. Book Tour, drawing local media attention and community engagement around his teachings on conscious living and the release of his latest book, a USA Today Bestseller and #1 Amazon Bestseller.
While speaking at an event at the prestigious Dolby Theatre,, Sadhguru invited Angelenos to reflect on the fleeting nature of time and the urgent need to focus on what truly matters.
“We’re on a limited lease of time and energy. If we become truly conscious of this, we would do only what truly matters to us,” he said. “Death is not the opposite of life—it’s just a different dimension. When we become aware of our mortality, we live more fully, more joyfully.”
During the event, the City of Los Angeles presented Sadhguru with a certificate of recognition from Mayor Karen Bass, for his work to raise the human well-being of millions and implement sustainable solutions for the planet.
Sadhguru also introduced the Miracle of Mind (MoM) app, an evidence-based, 7-minute daily meditation tool designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and support brain health. The app, developed over two years by the Isha Foundation, was cited in a recent peer-reviewed study led by Dr. Balachundhar Subramaniam of Harvard Medical School, which found that deep yogic meditation may reverse brain aging.
“Stress, anxiety, anger, hatred—these are not normal. We’ve just normalized them,” Sadhguru noted. “Yoga is an effective way to re-engineer the inner system so the mind works for us, not against us.”
Throughout the LA stop, Sadhguru emphasized that the human system is the most sophisticated machine on the planet—and with the right inner engineering, we can achieve balance, clarity, and purpose in our daily lives.
